Acceptable Use Policy
Technical rules for platform interaction.
By using Hard Hat Hub, you agree that you will NOT under any circumstances:
- Scrape or crawl the platform: Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract user profiles, job listings, or contact information.
- Impersonate others: Create fake accounts, falsely claim union affiliation, or impersonate an employer/contractor you do not officially represent.
- Harass or threaten: Use direct messages or comments to stalk, dox, threaten, or repeatedly harass another user.
- Post illegal content: Upload content that violates local, state, or federal law.
- Bypass moderation: Attempt to circumvent a ban or suspension by creating alternate accounts.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will trigger our automated Instant Kick mechanism and result in a permanent IP and account ban.
