1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. When you build your profile, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, trade, union status, location, resume, and portfolio images.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, facilitate connections between tradesmen and employers, and populate the public Craftsmanship Gallery and Community Feed. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.
3. Public vs. Private Data
Your profile (including your name, trade, and uploaded portfolio projects) is publicly visible to other logged-in members. Direct messages and reports are strictly confidential and only visible to the intended recipient or platform administrators.
4. Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can delete individual posts and projects directly from your dashboard. For full account deletion, please contact support.
