Hard Hat Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others. Tradesmen work hard on their projects, and stealing photos of someone else's work to pass off as your own is strictly prohibited.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on Hard Hat Hub infringes upon your copyright (for example, someone uploaded a photo of your work to their portfolio), please send a notice to our moderation team via the "Report" button on the post, or email us at moderation@hardhathub.com with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL.
• Your contact information (email address and phone number).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property of others will be permanently banned from the platform.
