Hard Hat Hub was built for the working class. We don't care about corporate synergy, but we do care about respect. Keep it professional, keep it real, and don't be a jerk.
1. Respect the Trade
Everyone starts as a greenhorn. Whether you've been in the trade for 30 years or 30 days, treat others with respect. Constructive criticism on craftsmanship is encouraged; tearing someone down to feed your ego is not.
2. No Spam or Scams
The Community Feed is for talking shop. Do not spam the feed with irrelevant links, multi-level marketing, or fraudulent job offers. Verified employers must post real, existing jobs.
3. Keep it Safe
Do not glorify dangerously unsafe jobsite practices. We are here to elevate the trades, not celebrate negligence.
4. Moderation & Bans
Our moderation team actively reviews user reports. Violating these guidelines can result in your posts being deleted, a 7-day suspension, or a permanent ban from the platform.
