1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hard Hat Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You agree that the information you provide (including trade status, union affiliation, and employment history) is accurate.
3. User-Generated Content
Hard Hat Hub allows users to post photos, comments, job listings, and portfolio projects ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant Hard Hat Hub a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content on the platform.
We reserve the right to remove any Content or ban any account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine it violates our guidelines.
4. Employer & Job Board Disclaimer
Hard Hat Hub is a networking platform, not an employer or a recruiting agency. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, nor do we guarantee employment. Users are responsible for verifying the credentials and safety records of any employer or contractor they connect with through the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hard Hat Hub shall not be liable for any damages, lost wages, jobsite injuries, or disputes arising from connections made through the platform.
